How do I buy tickets packages through R2F? I wanna go!
When you see the show you want listed on our tour page, click on the link and you’ll see buttons to buy if the show is open. If the show sale is not open, the “buy” button will not be active.
Currently, there are no special requirements (such as fanclub membership or pre-sale codes) to purchase tickets. Individual tickets and ticket packages are sold through Ticketmaster unless stated otherwise.
Occasionally there are pre-sales for members of Ticketmaster, Citi Bank, or American Express. Purchasing during these pre-sales requires a pre-sale code. Return2Forever.com is not given this code, so unfortunately we can't help you to purchase tickets during these pre-sales.
What happens if a second show is added during the public onsale, can I still get tickets through R2F?
If a second show is added, tickets through R2F will go on sale whenever possible two days before the public onsale.
How many tickets can I buy? I want ‘em all!
Um, if you’re a ticket scalper, sorry, we can’t help ya. If you’re a fan, we sympathize, but we gotta look out for each person. Ticket limits (when applicable) will be listed on the individual show descriptions.
How long do I have to complete my ticket package order? What is that timer thingy in my cart?
We want to make sure that everyone gets a chance to buy tickets packages, so when you add tickets to your shopping cart they are reserved just for you right then and there. A timer was added so that if someone doesn't bother completing the ticket package purchase (yeah like that would ever happen) then the tickets packages are made available for a real Return To Forever fan! Once you put the ticket package in your cart, you will have 5 minutes to finish your purchase, but don't worry because we add a minute here and there during the check-out so you two finger typers out there will have plenty of time to finish.
Can I only buy tickets packages online or can I do it over the phone?
Ticket package sales are Online ONLY. However – if you run into a serious problem, like your computer crashes or you can’t type because you broke both wrists or your dog ate your homework, then we’re here for you. Customer Service is available to help from 9 AM-5 PM ET. The R2F Ticket Package Sales Phone Number is: 508-791-6710. Please have your credit/debit card information and preferred city and ticket package type ready. You can also email your request to customerservice@Return2Forever.com. , and a representative will call or email you back with a confirmation. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX. We do not accept money orders or personal checks.
How will I know when tickets packages are on sale?
There are two ways you can find out.
1. Visit Return2Forever.com often and click on the TOUR page. All fan club presale info and public on sale info will be posted there as soon as it’s confirmed.
2. As always, you can email customerservice@Return2Forever.com with any questions.
How can I meet the band? Is there a Meet & Greet with any of the ticket packages?
There are no guaranteed Meet & Greets included with any of the ticket packages through Return2Forever. If we do have an exceptional event where a M&G is guaranteed, we will state so explicitly. But we do not want you to buy a package in the expectation of meeting one of the guys, because it is a bummer for you and us if you come away disappointed. Instead, we’re givin’ you a party to remember with a seat up close and an incredible, wild time with your fellow Return To Forever fans - and THAT will be well worth the trip!
When and how will I get my tickets package?
You should receive your tickets packages about ten days before the show. International shows will be will-call only unless stated otherwise. If your select to have your tickets shipped and they have not arrived within 72 hours prior to the show, please contact customerservice@Return2Forever.com or call 508-791-6710 to make sure that we can get your seats tickets reprinted and available at will call. Make sure you put in the correct shipping address for where you will be located up to a few weeks before the show. Also, if you move, it is your responsibility to inform customerservice@Return2Forever.com of your new address. Or, if you don’t want to carry tickets around, you may elect will-call for certain ticket offers. If you have a specific need for will-call and it is not offered for your tickets package (like you’re traveling), email customerservice@Return2Forever.com. You’ll need to show your photo ID to pick up your tickets at Will Call. You’ll get emails updating you on the will-call process for your venue which will most likely open 2 hours prior to show time. Get there early to avoid lines.
How will I know where my seats are located? Can you send me my seat assignments?
You will need to wait until your tickets are shipped and arrive in your mailbox, or until you pick them up at will call night of the show! It’s hard to wait, but it will all be worth it. Please do not request your seat location from Customer Service – there are too many of these requests to accommodate and you will not get a response.
Is it cheaper to buy seats through Ticketmaster and will my seats be better? Why should I buy through R2F?
You should buy your tickets through R2F because we’ve got the first opportunity for you to buy the best seats held for the true Return To Forever fans! The cheapest ticket package through R2F might be slightly more expensive than if you buy your seat through Ticketmaster - maybe $5-$8 more, after Ticketmaster fees are added to the face cost. That’s because we have to spread our convenience, processing, labor and handling fees over a smaller group of tickets. So why should you spend the extra $ to buy through R2F? We’ve got the great seats, and you can be assured of having your tickets packages before the public gets the chance to buy their tickets. Plus we’re including a merchandise with your package so you are not paying for nothing as with Ticketmaster! But if you still wanna skip R2F’s presale, and take the risk on the Ticketmaster public on sale or tryin’ to get tickets on the night of the show, that’s your choice.
How long do I have to get my tickets package through R2F?
Once the presale begins, not long… tickets are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Ticket package sales for each show will not be open long, and once a show is closed…that’s it. In rare exceptions we might get more tickets for closed shows. So if you want a ticket package don’t wait!
Help! My show is entirely sold out and I entered the R2F presale right when it started! Can you help me get a ticket package?
Email customerservice@Return2Forever.com with your desired show, and how many ticket packages you wanted to purchase. We will track requests and do the best we can to find you some seats. But, if the presale’s over and the show is closed when you contact customer service, you may be outta luck. Unfortunately, ReturnToForever.com and PAID cannot guarantee that tickets packages will be available to all fan club members who try to purchase tickets packages. Be sure to contact customer service immediately with your request. We will have a waiting list for those of you who have been shut out and will do our best to get you tickets per order on the waiting list if are able to get more tickets!
Can I sell my tickets package to someone else?
Tickets packages bought from R2F are for your personal use and your families use only. We do not allow the resale of any tickets packages. If you are found to be reselling or brokering tickets packages that you purchased through R2F for profit, we reserve the right to cancel your ticket package order and any other ticket package orders you may have with DP. If we cancel your order, we will issue you a refund for the face value of the tickets only minus the handling / processing fee (typically $25.00).
What if a show is postponed or cancelled?
If shows are postponed, your tickets package should be good for the new date. We will email and post on www.Return2Forever.com information about new dates and procedures for how to use your tickets package for a rescheduled date. If the show is cancelled, we will issue you a refund for the price of your ticket package minus the handling / processing fee, and any shipping costs if the tickets package has not been shipped. All service and processing fees (typically $25 per package) are non refundable, as the services for those are incurred from the moment a ticket is purchased. One of the reasons we must issue these non-refundable charges is for credit card processing fees – these are 3-4% per transaction (so when you buy the ticket, and then when you are refunded). That can total up to 8% per package, before you even count in all the labor! Our refunds policy makes these fees proportionate to the type of package you buy.
Can I use my electronic gift card to purchase a ticket package?
Yes. After putting your ticket package in your shopping cart, click on “add gift card / coupon.” You will then see your gift card. Select the gift card that you would like to use and enter the amount you would like to use, then click on redeem gift card. Remember that your gift card, if you have one, just shows up in your shopping cart – so click the “add gift card” at the end of the cart process.
I ordered a ticket package and a baseball hat. Can you ship all my stuff at once?
No, ticket packages and store merchandise all must ship separately. That’s because the process for fulfilling each of these products is different and some items ship from different places. In some cases, we may even send your merchandise and tickets separately for your ticket packages.
What happens when I call R2F?
Ticket packages are sold online through www.Return2Forever.com only. If necessary, you can speak with our Customer Service rep, or you can leave a message at (508) 791-6710. Ticketing Reps are available to help you from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
When will the Itinerary for the VIP Package be sent?
Return2Forever.com will be emailing the Itinerary approximately 7 to 10 days before the show date. The email that you purchased the VIP Package under that will be the email address the itinerary will be sent to.
